Clarion Healthcare Website redesign and rebranding

Web UX/UI

While freelance/contracting at Create+Conquer, a web and branding agency in downtown Boston, I was part of the UX and design process for the Clarion Healthcare website redesign and rebranding.

Clarion had approached Create+Conquer with an outdated website and many concerns/issues with the overall experience and architecture of their website. Many of the issues stemmed from their own internal observations on the rather dated website experience they were presenting to potential clients and new hires; however, some came from those aforementioned parties as well. This was more than enough of a cause for a rethinking and redesign of their website.

We (Create+Conquer) held two major UX sessions for discovery, discussion, and presentation of new UX/IA ideas and website wireframes. Clarion was provided with materials ahead of time to aid in our learnings from these UX workshop sessions (e.g. user personas, worksheets to find out more about Clarion, etc…). Each session was very engaging and much was learned and solved, utilizing techniques like card-sorting sessions, whiteboard sketching, and presenting interactive wireframe prototypes.

In the end, with the launch of their newly updated website, their new client and new hire acquisition and retention increased ten-fold, due to our efforts and discovery sessions with Clarion.
